SHIPPING POLICY

Please ensure that your email address and phone number are accurate. Incorrect information
may result in you not receiving delivery notifications, and the package may be returned to us. In
such cases, the conditions for uncollected packages will apply without prior notice.
SHIPPING
We currently offer free shipping on all orders within the United States and Canada.
Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer or to a nearby pickup location.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
● United States: 3 to 5 business days
Note: Our products are shipped from international warehouses, so delivery times may vary
based on local postal services once the order arrives in your country.
PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public
holidays.
IMPORTANT DELIVERY TIME NOTICE
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and other factors. Delivery
delays do not constitute a basis for refunds or returns outside of our normal exchange and
return policy.
PRE-ORDERS
Delivery times for pre-orders may differ from those mentioned above. If the product is out of
stock, it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If tracking shows that your package was delivered to your address but was damaged in transit,
please file a claim directly with the shipping company. We are not responsible for damaged
shipments.
STOLEN PACKAGES
If your package was stolen, we recommend contacting the carrier to report the incident. We are
not responsible for stolen shipments.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please verify that your delivery address is correct when placing your order. Once your order is confirmed, we cannot make changes to the address. We are not obligated to provide a refund if 

an incorrect address was supplied by the customer.

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES

If you wish to return a package, please first collect it and follow our return instructions. Failure to

collect a package from the pickup location or refusing to accept it does not constitute a return,

and the standard return policy does not apply to uncollected packages.

ORDER TRACKING

You can track your shipment on our tracking page or directly on the carrier's website. A tracking

number will be provided in your shipment confirmation email.
