We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order,

you may return it under the following conditions:

● Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

● Eligibility: The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags

attached.

● Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required to process the return.

● Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns on final sale items, gift cards,

perishable goods, personalized/customized products, and hygiene-related items

for safety reasons.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your

refund:

● If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10

business days.

● If your refund is late or missing, please check with your bank or payment provider. If you

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the

original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [Your Email]

with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
